Franklin Community High School will be hosting its annual "Athletic Physical Night" on Monday, April 19 from 5:30-7:00 pm. The cost is $20 per student.
Any student who plans to participate in athletics for the 2021-22 school year in grades 6-12, must have a physical dated April 1, 2021 or after on file in the athletic office. Student athletes may not try out, practice, or condition until a physical form is complete and on file.
You should enter through the main athletic entrance, Door #15, and masks are required to enter the building.
