On Saturday, the Lady Cubs travelled to 11th ranked Plainfield for a Mid-State Conference matchup with the Quakers.  After the Quakers raced to an 11 point first quarter advantage, the Lady Cubs settled down and trimmed the halftime deficit to 7 at 27-20.

However, the Quakers answered out of the halftime break to extend the lead to 15 after 3 quarters before holding on to win 56-44.  Barnard led the scoring attack with 16 and Robbins added 9 in the loss.
