Frequently Asked Questions:
Q:What do I need to do to get my child enrolled at FCHS?
A:Stop by our office to pick up an enrollment packet, which will include our enrollment forms as well as an enrollment checklist. Once you have our enrollment forms completed and have gathered the other necessary documents (birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency, transfer tuition form, unofficial transcript from previous school), we will be ready to officially enroll your child.
Q:Is there anything else we will be required to do before my child will be able to begin attending classes?
A:We require every new student to FCHS to take an online assessment test called i-Ready. This assessment test assesses reading, comprehension and vocabulary skills and helps us know how to best build the new student’s schedule. Once the i-Ready test is complete, we will set up a time for your child to meet with his/her counselor to complete their class schedule so that they can begin attending classes.
