• Franklin Community Schools provides a continuum of programs and services for students with disabilities ages 3 through 21.  FCS is committed to working with families, teachers, and administrators to educate each student in the least restrictive environment.  The majority of the students with disabilities attend their neighborhood school and are educated with non-disabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate, as described in their Individualized Education Plan.   The local services are supplemented with administrative and itinerant support from the local cooperative, Earlywood Educational Services.
