Advanced Placement (AP) classes provide high school students the opportunity to take college courses and earn college credit for their work.  Franklin Community High School is committed to providing all students with access to academically challenging coursework before they enroll in AP classes.  The AP program at Franklin Community High School is committed to making equitable access a guiding principle by giving all willing and academically prepared students the opportunity to participate in AP.   The AP program at Franklin Community High School is a cooperative educational endeavor of secondary schools, colleges, and the College Board. Franklin Community High School offers 11 AP courses; English Literature and Composition, English Language and Composition, World History, Biology, Physics, Calculus, US History, Studio Art, 2D Art, AP Seminar, and AP Research.
