Mrs. Ray
I am excited to serve as Webb’s interim principal for the 2023-2024 school year! Before beginning this role, I served as an instructional coach and elementary teacher within Franklin Community Schools. Education is a passion of mine, as I come from a family of educators. I have had the privilege of teaching students in various primary and secondary positions. I have a firm belief that all students are capable of learning at high levels when we give them the resources and encouragement they need to achieve their goals.
My husband, Justin, and I have four children. We have two girls, Aubrey and Addalyn, and two boys, Kellen and Knox. We love to spend our time together exploring all that Franklin has to offer. Often, you will spot us walking downtown, attending the Farmer’s Market or local festivals, and spending our evenings at a high school sporting event.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a Secondary English endorsement from Franklin College in 2011. I then received my Master of Education in School Administration from Ball State University in 2015.
I am looking forward to continuing to build upon the rich history and traditions of Webb Elementary through building solid relationships with students, parents, and our supporting community. I am excited to show students that through hard work, determination, and positive attitudes, great happens here.
