FCS is committed to the health and safety of our employees. Preventing incidents is the key to a safe work environment. One way to prevent incidents from occurring is to keep an open line of communication between employees and supervisors. Providing information regarding "near misses" is a first line defense to future incidents and possible injuries.

Completing the "Near Miss" form is in no way intended to get an employee into disciplinary trouble or place blame. FCS views this as a way to help and protect our most valuable resources, FCS employees!
